Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable from person to person, this race to another race or from year to year. There are no exceptions.

VIP Option:

For $35 your race numbers, timing chip, swim cap, goody bag and t-shirt will be ready for your pick-up on race morning. Pre-race check in on Saturday is not mandatory. Check-in on race morning at a special VIP area where you will sign a waiver and pick up your race materials. VIP participants will also have reserved bike racks in the transition area and will receive a $10 merchandise gift certificate. VIP registration is limited! Check back for additional VIP goodies. You can choose the VIP option during the online registration process for any category.

Late registration and packet pick-up will be from 10-4 pm on Saturday before the race at the Crowne Plaza Irvine. Please see our host hotel page for details on the location. If you are having someone pick up your packet, download the waiver, sign it, and have them bring it to the expo for you. If you are part of a relay team, all three members of the team must sign a waiver. Waiver will be posted at a later date.
